My art start with drawing, to watercolors, oils, then over the years I have explored other med. Then one day, 19 years ago "reverse mirror etching" started. Having taken one class in jr. high in art, my artwork has always been a hobby, but now at 50 years of age my hobby has turned into a part-time income, with mirrors, as I call it my retirement. Having always enjoyed drawing, and working with waters, and oils, this med. inbetween all into one art form I truly have found somethiing differ and use's my creatived side. The past 30 years, the low-country of South Carolina has been my home, I was raised in Macon, Ga. For the past 32 years I have been in the food industy, mangement for 13 yr.s. Attended Johnson &Wales University, major in Restaurant and Insitutional Management, now out of the food service. Plus many other trades, around building, etc... My life has place me on many paths to which I have enjoyed and learn along the way, now I enjoy the quietness. At the present, working full time as clerk within a C-store.my health is still a problem to this date. I enjoy my artwork. My self an adoptee, that has found my birth family mom's side after 38 yr.s of searching, so with this my new family the Grimes of Georgia, damn cool, more on my blog at the bottom of this page, and again thanks for the visit to my artwork.
